Northampton Town FC extend their Go+ Managed Service with Green 4

Northampton Town Football Club have continued their partnership with Green 4, by extending their Go+ managed service agreement to support their CRM and data management activities and improve their fan engagement.

Having worked with Green 4 over the past four seasons, the League One club has made significant progress in its CRM and Ticketing operations and have recently invested in an upgrade to their Green 4 Go solution, their POS system and a new e-ticketing website.

The Go+ managed CRM and data-driven marketing service provides Northampton Town with an extension to their in-house team and includes a wide range of expertise including a dedicated Account Manager, Data Insight and Digital Design specialists. The Go+ team are on hand to support the club in maximising the returns that they gain from their fan data.

Green 4 will fully manage the Cobblers email and automated campaigns, post-match surveys and a data normalisation project. In addition, Green 4 will work with Northampton Town to develop a seasonal CRM and data-driven strategic marketing plan, as well as executing a new preference management campaign to better understand fans interests, and provide a data analysis and insight service.
