The Snow Centre launch new responsive website

Since opening in 2009, The Snow Centre has seen a steady increase of online traffic with an average annual uplift of sales from the web channel of 10%. During the 2013/2014 season they attributed 40% of revenue to online pre booking, with mobile and tablet becoming the ever more popular devices of choice. This prompted The Snow Centre to review their online booking process and brought about the need to introduce a new web experience to their customers.
The Snow Centre has taken designs from their web designers, ‘Arrival Design’ and has worked with their CRM and booking system partner, Green 4 to launch the new website, which went live last week. The site has been specially designed to provide the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout, allowing customers to quickly check availability and book online. It was also essential that the new website had responsive design in order to ensure a great experience for the customer, whatever the device used to display the site. The Snow Centre team will also have full control to manage their new site, using an Umbraco content management system (CMS) also delivered by Green 4.
