Yorkshire Wildlife Park Successfully Implements Green 4’s CRM and Email Marketing Solution

We are delighted to announce that Yorkshire Wildlife Park (YWP) has selected Green 4’s Go Solution to handle its core eCommunication and CRM operations.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park may best be known as a dynamic centre for conservation and welfare, housing over 300 animals and over 60 different species of animal. But with hundreds-of-thousands of visitors every year, YWP required a CRM and email marketing solution capable of supporting them during their next phase of development.
The Go CRM solution will enable YWP to easily connect all of their various data sources: individual bookings online, group bookings, educational bookings, YWP foundation and park experiences - creating a centralised view of their data, available on demand.
As a result, all interactions during the customer journey can be linked to data in CRM, enabling YWP to make better informed decisions, increase customer satisfaction, whilst having the ability to personalise email marketing communications based on behaviour, customer preferences and transactional history.
In addition to implementing Go CRM, YWP have opted for Green 4’s Go eCommunication solution, which is built within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015. YWP will be able to effortlessly create highly targeted and engaging email marketing campaigns, fully optimise email templates for a seamless user experience, instantly track the effectiveness of each campaign and automate campaigns to drive efficiencies and improved ROI.
