The 2015 IAAPA Attractions Expo, which concluded last Friday in Orlando, Florida, was a resounding success, with over 32,900 attendees from 120 countries travelling to the event.
Held once again at the Orange County Convention Centre, more than 21,200 buyers came through the exhibition over its four day duration, while a total of 1,066 companies took part on the show floor – providing the perfect stage for Green 4 to showcase its Go Single Platform solution.
IAAPA president and CEO, Paul Noland mentioned “Walking the trade show floor, it was evident that the global attractions industry is booming in every corner of the world.”
Throughout our time in Orlando it was great to see such a strong and common them surrounding the retention of customers and the importance of data.
“This was an incredible Expo,” said Green 4 Solutions Business Manager, Paul Gibbons. “This year, there was an increased debate around understanding visitors - where they come from, what they want and how we can understand buying patterns to present the right product to them based on their profile at the right time.”
In the commercial world, the importance of retaining existing customers and expanding business is paramount. The costs associated with finding new customers mean that every existing customer could be important.
Now, many leading organisations recognise the value of their customers and the need to capitalise on improved customer relations and retention rates – highlighting the importance of a CRM and data.
IAAPA Attractions Expo 2016 will take place at the Orange County Convention Centre from November 14-18.
