Driving Online Fan Engagement Using CRM Driven Websites

The conclusion of the current FLi collective agreement for digital platforms has provided an opportunity for many EFL teams to reconsider their digital strategy and opt for an approach that is more engaging for fans and most importantly, puts the club in control of their digital content. With new club sites live at Birmingham City and Hull City Tigers, Green 4 has delivered a fantastic looking web experience without the backend complexities that require an army of web developers and designers to maintain. Join us for this session, where we will hear from the Green 4 Digital team to understand the possibilities for and the technology behind CRM driven websites.

Generating CRM Programme Success with your Fan and Visitor Data Strategy

Every leisure organisation, sports club or visitor attraction understands that a data-driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is an essential approach in today’s world. The capturing and utilisation of visitor and fan data to generate insights can be used to improve engagement and build more productive relationships. For a CRM programme to be successful, an effective data strategy is required. Join us for this session to hear from Green 4 about the considerations that need to be undertaken when establishing a data strategy including quality and quantity targets, data processes and the incoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Using Business Intelligence and Data Analysis to Really Understand Your Visitors

A key facet of a successful data-driven CRM programme is to obtain action focused insights from your visitor data. Business Intelligence tools are constantly evolving and are now moving away from static presentation formats to interactive and dynamic experiences. Join us for this session, where you’ll hear from the Green 4 Insight team about how they use Microsoft’s Power BI to identify key insights within our customers data.
