Each time a customer engages with you, they're on part of a 'customer journey'. We must always be aware of the overall customer journey and the lifetime engagement each individual has with you. But along the way there are plenty of mini journeys that the customer will go on, which if we control more closely will lead to a better experience and more revenue for your venue.
We've created this infographic to show a typical experience for a customer after they have bought a ticket.
