First look at what's new in the 2015 release of Go
Monday February 2, 2015
Microsoft have announced their 2015 release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which comes as exciting news for users of Green 4’s end-to-end solution, Go.
We’re hugely excited to be announcing that Go will soon be available in Dynamics 2015 and after a first look at the system in action, we’re buzzing about what else is coming along at the same time!
Full details of the 2015 release of Go are only a few weeks away, but we’re ever keen to spill the beans on the headlines. We were told that the focus has been on the user experience, and whilst always with the end consumer in mind, this time there has been greater emphasis on the system user. By that we mean the ticket office, the marketing, events and sales teams.
Seeing the system on the MSD 2015 platform already makes things look fantastic and natural to use, but it gets even better when you dive into the marketing section. The new look eCommunications designer certainly makes things easier for marketing teams both in the design of your campaigns and when reporting on their success and using insights to create the next campaign.
In addition to the creation and reporting on email marketing, there’s also improvements to the way you can segment your audience and build marketing automations quickly and easily. It really does look effortless to use complex data without the need for complex queries or workflows.
A Donations Management module ramps things up for ‘Not for Profits’, as they gain further control over donations and can encourage further revenues, plus a number of further advancements in the Ticketing system.
All of this is looking at taking the already powerful system and empowering the users to do things quickly and easily. However, a new area that we’re really excited about is the Mobile Wallet. With Mobile Wallet there will be a number of ways that you can utilise Apple Passbook, Google Wallet or Windows Phone Wallet.
Watch this space… full details will be available soon.
